Select R365 features are available in both web and the R365 mobile app.
Dependent on permissions, users can do the following in the app:
Read and post announcements
View and manage AP transactions
Review daily sales summary
Complete purchase orders
Take inventory counts
Send item transfers
Complete waste logs or donation logs
Review and contribute to the manager logbook
View and approve schedule requests
Upload documents
Employees can:
Change their availability
View their shift schedule
Complete onboarding
Message other employees
R365 App Home Screen

1 | Menu | Opens the mobile app navigation menu. |
2 | Notifications | Opens the list of all notifications for the user. Read more about notifications. |
3 | Messages | Opens the list of R365 messaging threads. When there are unopened messages, this will appear with a red notification bubble. Only users with R365 messaging enabled have access to this feature. Read more about R365 messaging. |
4 | Location Selector | Shows the location that the user is currently viewing. All information shown in the widgets will be for the selected location. For users connected to multiple locations, tapping the location name will open the location selector, where users can select which location to view. |
5 | Dashboard | Displays all the widgets on the mobile dashboard. The widgets shown here will be dependent on the user settings as well as their permissions. Read more about the mobile dashboard. |

2 | Help Link | Opens the mobile knowledge base folder in the device browser. Here, users can get help with the R365 app. | |
3 | Profile Icon | Opens the employee profile screen. | |
4 | Name | Name of the user logged in to the app. | |
5 | Menu Options | Lists the user’s menu options. Tapping an option will open the corresponding screen. Some options will expand to offer additional access. The options available here are dependent on user permissions. | |
6 | Bluetooth Scanner | Enables the app’s Bluetooth connection settings. | |
7 | Upload Files | Enables users to upload files like receipts, invoices, etc. | |
8 | Logout | Logs out the users currently logged in. | |
