Availability Request Details

Each availability request will have a preview of the request details, including the employee name, amount of days changed, and the date the request was made. Here, users can approve or deny the request.


Navigation

Availability requests are opened from the Availability tab on the Schedule Requests page.

  1. Navigate to the Schedule Requests page.

  2. Select the Availability tab at the top of the page.

  3. Select the desired availability request. The Availability Request Details screen will open.

Description

Back button

Return to the previous screen.

Employee picture

Displays initials if no image is uploaded. Tap to open the Employee details page with direct contact options.

Employee name

The employee that submitted the availability change, as well as the jobs that employee is assigned to.

Submit date

The date that the availability change was submitted by the employee.

Request status

The current status of the request.

Location

The location related to the current request.

Jobs

The employee’s assigned jobs.

New availability

The new availability being submitted. Changes will be marked in bold red text.

Current availability

The current availability that the employee has.

Deny

Denies the request.

Approve

Approves the request.
