The Integrations page contains the settings for connection and management of selected cloud-based systems that R365 integrates with. Here, users can connect, sync, and disconnect these 3rd party cloud-based systems.

Some integrations have additional system-specific mapping and maintenance pages. See the system-specific integration sections below for links to system-specific documentation.

Only certain cloud-based systems are available at this time.

For additional integration options, refer to the POS Integrations list and the Vendor Integrations list.


Navigation

Navigation Menu

  1. Select Admin from the left navigation rail.

  2. Under Integrations, select Integrations.

 

Search

Navigate to pages with the R365 global search bar:

  1. Enter all or part of the page name in the R365 global search bar.

  2. Select the page from the results list.

Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.



Security

The following permissions are associated with the integrations found on the Integrations page:

  • Administration → Integrations →

    • 3rd Party HR Admin

    • 3rd Party HR Sync

    • 3rd Party POS Admin

    • 3rd Party POS Sync

These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.


Integration Page Buttons and Fields

Description

Search

Filters integrations to show only those with names that contain the entered text.

Integrations Category

Category containing integrations of the same type. Click to expand and view available integrations.

Integration

Integration summary card. Click to open the Integration Management window for that integration.

Integration Status

Status of the associated integration:

  • Disconnected - Integration is not enabled.

  • Connected - Integration is enabled.


Integrations Managed on the Integrations Page

The following cloud-based integrations can be managed on the Integrations page:

Banking

QuickBooks Online

The QuickBooks Online integration is an accounting integration that connects your organization's QuickBooks account to R365. This integration facilitates the flow of data from R365 to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Data is pushed to QBO when the ‘Complete' button is used within the Operations area of R365. Synced data includes:

  • Invoices

  • Daily Sales Summary (DSS)

  • Inventory Counts

  • Waste Logs

  • Item Transfers

The Loomis integration is part of the Smart Safes feature that allows restaurants to track deposits through a smart safe.

PAR Brink POS

The PAR Brink POS integration is a cloud-based POS integration for syncing employee data. Employee, job, and location data mapped on the Connection Mapping page is pushed from R365 to update and create employees in PAR Brink POS.

Workday

The Workday integration is a cloud-based POS integration for syncing employee data. Employee, job, and location data is pulled from Workday to update and create employee records in R365.

UKG

The UKG integration is a cloud-based POS integration for syncing employee data. Employee, job, and location data is pulled from UKG to update and create employee records in R365.

Invoices

Supply it

R365 supports an integration with Supplyit, a food management platform. This integration enables the retrieval of invoices based on a customizable polling schedule and provides options to repoll or reprocess transactions as needed. Additionally, the integration supports connections to multiple companies within Supplyit, allowing streamlined management across various entities.

R365 supports an integration with NDCP, a global supply chain management company serving Dunkin’. This integration enables the retrieval of invoices based on a customizable polling schedule and provides options to repoll or reprocess transactions as needed. Additionally, the integration supports connections to multiple companies within NDCP, allowing streamlined management across various entities.
