Users can now view and add reactions to messages in the mobile app, as well as see read receipts to confirm when messages have been read.

Users now have greater control over document handling in Docs to Process with the introduction of the Automatic OCR Processing option in System Preferences. This feature allows organizations to decide whether documents are automatically processed by OCR or reviewed prior to processing.

Important Update to R365 Payments: Checks issued by the R365 Payments service will now reflect the date the payment was sent to the vendor and not the date the user entered on the payment record. This update provides more accurate insight into check processing timing.

Users with the R365 Payments service will now see the "Last Payment Method" field updated to "Last R365 Payment Method" on the vendor record, and it will also appear in the vendor grid.

The Amount field in the new AP Payment screen is being enhanced to allow users to perform calculations—such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—directly within the field.

A new column has been added to the matched excluded tab in bank activity. The new rule applied column displays the bank rule number and name that was applied to the transaction giving users better visibility to their bank rules in action.

Forms are now available on the R365 Mobile App, enabling users to complete them on the go, ensuring that important information is captured and accessible to all.

PTO accrual rules now have the ability to restrict the hour increments that employees can request time off in.

When requesting time off through the app, the employee will receive an error message if their time off request was not submitted in the correct increment.

When requesting time off through the app, the employee will not be able to request time off if the waiting period has not elapsed.

The payroll import process has been updated to simplify the workflow for importing earnings and deductions into pay runs. This new experience includes:

• A redesigned Imports page.

• A guided Import Wizard for streamlined processing.

• Two separate templates for earnings and deductions imports.

These changes provide a more organized and efficient approach to managing payroll data.

2024 W-2s will reflect Simple IRA information as follows:

• Box 13 will be checked

• Box 12 with code S will have the amount

The Items to Display parameter allows the Above-Store AvT report to be run with all items, even when actual counts are zero.

A new column for Usage per 1000 has been added to the Theo On Hand report. With this update, the Sales (-) column now displays the calculated sales used in the usage per 1000 calculation.

A new ACH export option has been added - Truist A. This new export includes a hardcoded ‘A’ before the Tax ID.

New sales payment datapoints have been added to R365 Intelligence!

Attributes: Payment Type and Payment Group.

Dashboard subscriptions have been updated to limit sharing to users with access to the dashboard and external users. This enhancement provides greater control over dashboard visibility, ensuring sensitive data remains in the right hands.
