AI Dashboards (Mobile)

In April 2026, R365 Intelligence is being renamed to AI Dashboards. ‘AI Dashboards’ will replace ‘Intelligence’ throughout R365. Learn more about AI Dashboards.

When R365 AI Dashboards is enabled, users with AI Dashboard access can view their dashboards from their R365 app. With the app, users can access their created reports any time, anywhere from their mobile device. From mobile dashboard view mode, users can toggle between created dashboard filters or panels, if needed. 

Dashboards can only be edited from the web version of R365 AI Dashboards. Learn more about editing Dashboards.

  1. Select More from the bottom tab bar.

  2. Select AI Dashboards.


AI Dashboards Home Screen

The AI Dashboards home screen is home to the dashboard library, a list of all created dashboards that the user has access to. This list includes all dashboards created by the user, all public dashboards, and all dashboards that have been shared with the user.

Views

Saved table filters and column settings. The highlighted view is currently displayed. Click on a view to display the table with the saved filter and columns settings. Learn more about managing table views.

Table Actions

  • Search - Filters the table for the entered text.

  • Filter - Opens the Filter menu, where filters based on column values can be applied. When filters are applied, the number of conditions is displayed next to the button.

  • Columns - Opens the Columns menu, where table columns can be hidden, shown, and rearranged. The number of hidden columns is displayed next to the button.

  • Menu - Contains the following additional table actions:

    • Export - Exports the table to a .csv file.

    • Refresh Data - Refreshes the table without changing the view.

    • Row Height - Switches table row spacing between tall, medium, or short. Changes made to the table using this selector apply only while the page is open. To make this setting permanent across all tables, update it in User Preferences.

    • Striped Rows - Enables or disables alternating row colors. Changes made to the table using this toggle apply only while the page is open. To make this setting permanent across all tables, update it in User Preferences.

    • Column Filtering - Turns column filtering on or off. When enabled, filters can be applied directly in the column headers. Changes made to the table using this toggle apply only while the page is open. To make this setting permanent across all tables, update it in User Preferences.

Dashboard Library List

Table listing all the existing dashboards that the user has access to. Thtable shows the following information:

  • Name - The name assigned to the dashboard. This can be changed at any point in dashboard edit mode.

  • Creator -The R365 user in the organization that created this dashboard.

  • Last Updated - The exact date and time that this dashboard was last edited and saved.

  • Access - The number of users that have access to view this dashboard. Public dashboards visible to all users with AI Dashboards permissions in the organization will be labeled as public.

Dashboard

Each row represents an individual dashboard. Double-click a single row to open that dashboard.

Dashboard Subscriptions

Opens the AI Dashboards Subscriptions page where dashboard subscriptions can be managed.

Create

Creates a new dashboard.

Dashboard Action Menu

Click to open the dashboard action menu. This allows users to perform any of the following functions on that specific dashboard:

Edit - Opens the dashboard into edit mode.

The pre-existing R365-created dashboards cannot be edited. When the edit button is clicked in-grid on dashboards that cannot be edited, users will be prompted to save a copy of the dashboard.

Duplicate - Creates a a copy of the dashboard.
Share - Shares a viewable link of the dashboard.
Schedule Report Send - Creates a report subscription for this dashboard.

Export to Excel - Click to export the entire dashboard to an Excel file.
Export to PDF - Click to export the entire dashboard to a PDF file
Delete - Deletes the dashboard from the dashboard library. This will erase the entire dashboard. Users will be prompted to confirm the deletion.


Dashboard Screen

To view reports and dashboards, tap the desired dashboard from the list. This will open the dashboard into view mode. Users can then scroll through the responsive view of their dashboard as well as tap through any selectors or panels that may exist on the dashboard. Visualizations with lengthy lists are scrollable so that all the information in the dashboard is visible. 

From the web version of AI Dashboards, users can rearrange visualizations and click the 'responsive view' icon, which allows users to see how their dashboard will look in the R365 app. Learn more about using the responsive preview

Dashboard Table of Contents

Opens the table of contents to navigate directly to different pages/chapters of the dashboard (if available).

Options menu

Opens the menu of dashboard options:

  • X - Close the Options menu

  • Undo - Undo the previous action (if available)

  • Redo - Reverse an Undo (if available)

  • Add to Favorites - Add the current dashboard to the user’s favorites list

  • Filter - Apply available filters to the current dashboard

  • Auto Answers - Generate real-time AI analysis of the current dashboard. Learn more about auto answers.
