From the My Timecards screen in the R365 mobile app, employees can review recorded time, pay, and updates. Only shifts worked by the logged in user appear on this screen.
Employees have the option to approve timecards ahead of payroll. If any details of the shift require correction by a manager, such as changing job codes or updating time punches, employees can submit a timecard dispute in the app.
Managers can review and approve or deny submitted timecards and disputes via a web browser. Learn more about managing timecards on web.
Notifications
Employees receive alerts when a manager responds to a dispute.
Managers are notified when an employee submits or disputes a timecard.
Notifications may appear in-app and via email (depending on configuration).
