Submit a Timecard (Mobile)

Prev Next

A worked shift may not appear in My timecards if the time clock was unavailable, punches were not recorded, or a shift was otherwise missed. Employees can submit a new timecard from the My timecards screen to record the shift. The submitted timecard is sent to the scheduling manager for review and approval through the web Timecards page.

Important Note About Timecard Submission Restrictions

Timecard submissions are blocked for dates that fall in a closed pay period. Submissions are also blocked when the entered clock-in or clock-out times overlap an existing shift. A message appears when a submission cannot be completed.
