The Onboarding page displays the work eligibility rules for all legal entities. Work eligibility rules determine if I-9 verification is enabled for the locations linked to the associated legal entity.

From this page, users can:

All legal entities for the R365 instance are listed on the Onboarding page. I-9 verification requires that employees are onboarded to a legal entity with R365 Payroll enabled.


Security

Permissions related to the Onboarding page appear in the permission tree as follows:

  • Labor

    • Work Eligibility

      • Work Eligibility Rules

        • View Work Eligibility Rules

        • Edit Work Eligibility Rules


These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.


Navigation

From the Workforce navigation menu, under Settings, select Onboarding.

Expands the sidesheet to fullscreen, or collapses it if already expanded.

Work Eligibility Rule Summary

Summary information for a legal entity’s work eligibility rule.

Click to open the work eligibility rule in a sidesheet.
