Work Eligibility Rules

A work eligibility rule contains the I-9 verification settings for all locations linked to a single legal entity.

From here, users can:


Security

Permissions related to work eligibility rules appear in the permission tree as follows:

  • Labor

    • Work Eligibility

      • Work Eligibility Rules

        • View Work Eligibility Rules

        • Edit Work Eligibility Rules


These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.


Navigation

  1. From the Workforce navigation menu, under Settings, select Onboarding.

  2. Click the row for the desired legal entity.


Work Eligibility Rules Buttons & Fields

Description

Legal Entity

Legal entity for the work eligibility rule.

Save Button

Saves changes to the work eligibility rule.

Expand / Collapse Button

Expands the sidesheet to fullscreen, or collapses it if already expanded.

X (Close) Button

Closes the work eligibility rule without saving changes.

Sidebar Navigation

Lists all sections of the work eligibility rule.

The section currently being viewed is displayed in blue text.

Click a section title to navigate to that portion of the form.

I-9 Verification Status

Indicates if I-9 verification is enabled for the legal entity.

Location Search

Filters the Locations grid for the entered text in the Location, State, or City columns.

Location Filter

Opens the Filter Columns window where users can create and apply filters to the table.

I-9 Toggle

Indicates if I-9 verification is enabled for the the associated location.

Click to enable or disable I-9 verification.

Bulk Select

Opens the bulk edit menu, where I-9 verification can be enabled or disabled for multiple locations at the same time.

Location Section Columns

Location

Name of the location.

State

State for the location determined by the address on its location record.

City

City for the location determined by the address on its location record.

I-9

Indicates if I-9 verification is enabled for the associated location.

Click to enable or disable I-9 verification.
