Single Sign-On Page

Prior to enabling Single Sign-On, the Single Sign-on(SSO) page contains the Enable Single Sign-On wizard. Once single sign-on has been enabled for the R365 Instance, the page displays the available connection options and their connection statuses. R365 connects with Okta and Microsoft Entra (Azure).

From this page users can:

Enable Single Sign on
View Connections

Security

SSO Permissions are found in the Permission Tree as follows:

Administration
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
  - View Single Sign-On
  - Create/Edit Single Sign-On
  - Delete Single Sign-On

These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.

Navigation

Navigation Steps

Open the Admin application.
Expand the Users & Security category.
Click Single Sign-On (SSO).

Search

Navigate to pages with the R365 global search bar:

Enter all or part of the page name in the R365 global search bar.
Select the page from the results list.

Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.

Single Sign-On Page Buttons and Fields - Enabled

Once enabled, the page displays the connection options and the current statuses of the connections.

	Button/Field	Description
1	Okta Row	Displays the options and connection status for Okta.
2	Connect	Opens the Microsoft Entra Configuration page.
3	Microsoft Entra Row	Displays the options and connection status for Microsoft Entra (Azure).
4	Connection Status	A small visual indicator that displays when connected. If the configuration page for Okta or Microsoft Azure is complete but a connection status has not been established, the connection status displays not connected.
