The Microsoft Entra (Azure) Single Sign-On integration is connected and managed from the Single Sign-On page. This integration enables R365 to authenticate users through Microsoft Entra (Azure) using a single set of credentials. Learn more about Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.

Microsoft Entra (Azure) Setup
SSO configuration requires setup in both Microsoft Entra and in R365.
Setup in Microsoft Entra
To complete the Microsoft Entra portion of the setup, the sign-in redirect URI from R365 is needed.
Follow these steps to obtain the sign-in redirect URI from R365 and complete the Microsoft Entra portion of the setup:

1) Navigate to the Single Sign-On page.
Click Admin in the left navigation rail.
Expand the Users & Security category.
Click Single Sign-On (SSO).

2) In the Microsoft Entra row, select Connect or Edit, depending on the current connection status.

3) Copy the sign-in redirect URI.

4) Log into the Microsoft Entra admin center, then in the Applications section, complete the steps to register a new application.

5) Make note of the Client ID, Client Secret, and Directory ID for setup in R365.
The Client Secret is generated once the application setup in Microsoft Entra is complete.
These fields will be entered into R365 on the SSO Connection screen.
Connect to Microsoft Entra (Azure)
To complete the R365 portion of the setup, the credentials from Microsoft Entra are entered the SSO Connection screen.
Follow these steps to enter the Microsoft Entra credentials in R365 and complete the setup:

1) Navigate to the Single Sign-On page.
Click Admin in the left navigation rail.
Expand the Users & Security category.
Click Single Sign-On (SSO).

2) In the Microsoft Entra row, select Connect or Edit, depending on the current connection status.

3) Enter the Client ID.
Microsoft Entra provides the Client ID.

4) Enter the Client Secret.
Microsoft Entra provides the Client Secret once application setup is complete.

5) Enter the Directory ID.
Microsoft Entra provides the Directory ID.

6) Click Connect.

7) Review the status to confirm connection.
If the connection is successful, the status will display ‘Connected’.
If the connection is not successful, the status will display ‘Not Connected’.
The Microsoft sign-in option appears on the R365 login screen only when the connection is successfully established.
