Once an inventory count has been entered, the count can be reviewed and marked as complete.
When Inventory Count Variances are enabled for an organization, the variance review screen must be opened before marking an inventory count as complete.
Review and Complete a Count
To review and complete a count via mobile, follow these steps:

1) If the inventory count is not already open, open the correct inventory count by tapping a count from the Inventory screen’s In Progress list . If the count is already open and entered, skip to step #2.
2) Tap Review Variances at the bottom of the open inventory count screen. Users without Inventory Count Variances should continue to step #4.
Only users with the View Variance Tab permission can open the Variance Review - Theoretical screen. This button will remain disabled for users without this permission.
3) Review the count entries, particularly those marked with an alert.
View individually marked items that appear with the item name in red and an alert icon, or open the list of all items with alerts by tapping the alert button in the top right corner.
These discrepancies will arise when one of the following occur:
'Less than Half' - This will display if the entry is half or less of the item quantity from the last count
'More Than Twice' - This will display if the entry is double or more of the item quantity from the last count
'0 Quantity' - This will display when '0' was entered for this count but had a quantity entered in the last count
3) Review the inventory count variances, as needed. Learn more about the Variance Review - Theoretical screen.
For organizations that have enabled required variance reviews, opening this screen satisfies the requirement.
4) Once the count has been reviewed, tap Complete at the bottom of the screen.
When inventory count variances is disabled, this button will be at the bottom of the open inventory count.
When inventory count variances are enabled, this button will be at the bottom of the Variance Review - Theoretical screen.
All storage locations must be 100% counted before the Complete button is enabled.
Once an inventory count is marked as complete, it will move to the Completed tab where it will await approval.
