Rearrange the order of items on inventory counts from the Edit Storage Location screen. Users with Edit Inventory Count permission can adjust item order at any time during a count to match the physical shelf flow or preferred count sequence.
Security
Users must have the following permission to rearrange the order of items on inventory counts:
Food → Inventory Counts → Edit Inventory Counts
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
Rearrange Items
Follow these steps to rearrange items in a storage location:

1) On the Storage Location screen, tap Edit in the top right corner.
2) Tap and hold the rearrange icon for the desired item, then drag it to a new position in the list.
3) Tap Done.
