SMS Log Page

Prev Next

The SMS log page lists a history of SMS messages sent from Restaurant365, including messages generated by Announcements, Manager Log, and other system features. Each entry shows the delivery status of the message and, when a message could not be delivered, the reason why.

From this page, users can:

  • Filter SMS records by sent date, status, reason, recipient, and source.

  • Open a record to view its full message content and delivery details.

Messages that were never sent because the recipient's number was invalid or had opted out of text messages do not appear in the SMS Log. Since R365 never attempts delivery for those numbers, there is no send record to display.

Security

Users must have the following permission to view the SMS Log page:

  • Administration → Audit Log → View Audit & SMS Log

These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
