During onboarding, Start of business days are created in the Onboarding dashboard and are part of Location Hours. They define when each location’s business day begins. This start time controls how sales, labor and other daily activity are grouped for reporting. By default, all locations use Default hours (12:00 am). Locations that operate on a different schedule can be assigned an alternate start time in this step.
