My Timecards Screen (Mobile)

The My Timecards screen displays a summary of shifts worked during the selected period, including each shift’s date, location, job, hours worked, and total earnings. Shifts can be viewed by day, week, or pay period, and each view can be filtered by approval status. Only shifts worked by the logged in user appear on this screen.

From this page, users can:

  • Review worked shifts and pay details.

  • Filter shifts by approval status and bulk approve shifts.

  • Tap a shift to open its details screen.


Security

Users must have the following permission to access the My Timecards screen:

  • Employee App Access

This permission is granted through the ‘App Access’ checkbox on employee records. Learn more about employee app access.

The My Timecards screen is only available when R365 Timecards is enabled, replacing the Time Punches screen.

  1. Select More from the bottom tab bar.

  2. Select My timecards.


My Timecards Screen Buttons & Fields

Button/Field

Back arrow

Returns to the previous screen.

Day / Week / Pay period

Toggles the time range displayed for timecards. The active selection is highlighted.

  • Day - shows shifts for a single day (default: yesterday).

  • Week - shows shifts for the employee’s business week (default).

  • Pay period - shows shifts for the current pay period, as configured for the employee’s primary location.

Date range selector

Displays the selected date range for the active view. Tap to open the date picker and adjust the range.

  • Day view shows the selected date (for example, ‘Tue, Jul 7, 2025’).

  • Week and Pay period views show the start and end dates (for example, ‘Jul 8 – Jul 14, 2025’).

Hours worked

The total number of hours recorded on timecards in the selected date range.

Status quick filter

Filters the timecards displayed in the selected date range by the selected approval status.

Approve all button

Approves all unapproved timecards in the selected date range.

Day header

Displays the day of the week for the listed shifts.

Headers appear only when the selected range includes more than one day.

Shift

Displays details for the shift worked, including:

  • Date – calendar date of the shift worked.

  • Location – where the shift was worked.

  • Job title – job for the worked shift.

  • Time range – clock in and clock out times.

  • Earnings and duration – total pre-tax pay and hours worked.

  • Approval status - statuses include:

    • Needs review — default state before employee sign-off.

    • Disputed — dispute submitted and pending manager decision.

    • Dispute approved — manager approved the dispute.

    • Dispute denied — manager rejected the dispute.

    • Approved — employee has signed off on the timecard.

If a shift spans multiple days, an exclamation icon appears next to the entry.

Tap to open the details screen with additional shift details and action log.
