The SSO Duplicate Email Review screen is only displayed during Single Sign-On (SSO) enablement when duplicate email addresses are detected. It allows duplicate user records to be reviewed and resolved so that Single Sign-On (SSO) can be enabled.
If no duplicate email addresses are found during Single Sign-On (SSO) enablement, this screen is not displayed.

Click Admin in the left navigation rail.
Expand the Users & Security category.
Click Single Sign-On (SSO).
Select Get started.

Search
Navigate to pages with the R365 global search bar:
Enter all or part of the page name in the R365 global search bar.
Select the page from the results list.
Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.

Security
Users must have the following permission to enable SSO:
Administration → Single Sign-On (SSO) → Create/Edit Single Sign-On

2 | Update | Rechecks for duplicate user emails. If duplicate emails are found, the duplicate email list is refreshed. If no duplicates are found, Single Sign-On (SSO) is activated for the instance and the Single Sign-On page opens. |
3 | Duplicate email list | Lists users with duplicate emails. Click a user’s full name to open their user record in a new tab. |
4 | Enable SSO | Activates SSO for the R365 instance and opens the Single Sign-On page. |
5 | Back | Returns to the Single Sign-On Page. |
