The Schedule Settings page contains above store scheduling configurations for schedule approvals.

Navigation

The Schedule Settings page is accessed by clicking the Gear icon in the header of the Schedule page.

Users must have the following permission to view or edit schedule settings:

Labor → Scheduling → Schedule → Approvals → Add/Edit/Delete Schedule Approval Configuration

	Button/Field	Description
1	+New Approval	Creates a new schedule approval configuration.
2	Search	Filters the following columns for the entered text: Name Created By Modified By
3	Filter	Filters the grid based on selected criteria. Learn more about working with Smart Grids.
4	Schedule Approval Configuration	Overview of the schedule approval configuration. Click to open the details for the schedule approval.

Column	Description
Name	User entered name for the schedule approval configuration.
Locations	Locations assigned to the schedule approval configuration. If more than one location is assigned, click to view all locations. The schedule approvals workflow is enabled for these locations.
Created On	Date the schedule approval configuration was created.
Created By	User who created the schedule approval configuration.
Modified On	Date the schedule approval configuration was last edited.
Modified By	User who last edited the schedule approval configuration.
