Navigation

The Schedule Settings page is accessed by clicking the Gear icon in the header of the Schedule page.  


Security

Users must have one of the following permissions to view schedule settings:

  • Labor → Scheduling → Schedule → Print Preferences → Add/Edit/Delete Print Preferences

  • Labor → Scheduling → Schedule → Approvals → Add/Edit/Delete Schedule Approval Configuration


Print Preferences Tab

Button/Field

Description

+Print Preferences Group

Creates a new print preferences group.

Search

Filters the following columns for the entered text:

  • Name

  • Created By

  • Modified By

Filter

Filters the grid based on selected criteria.

Print Preferences Group

Overview of the print preferences group. Click to open the print preferences group details.

Print Preferences Columns

Column

Description

Name

User-entered name for the print preferences group.

Locations

Locations assigned to the print preferences group. If more than one location is assigned, click to view all locations.

When a user prints the schedule for the assigned location(s), the print settings will default to the configured settings. The user can still manually adjust the print settings before printing the schedule.

Created On

Date the print preferences group was created.

Created By

User who created the print preferences group configuration.

Modified On

Date the print preferences group was last edited.

Modified By

User who last edited the print preferences group.

User who last edited the schedule approval configuration.
