This video shows how to use the canned dashboards in R365 AI Dashboards. From the left navigation, select Reports > AI Dashboards to open the Dashboards page, where several pre-built dashboards are available — click any dashboard to open it in a new tab. To customize a canned dashboard, use the three-dot menu next to it and select Duplicate; the copy appears in the list (for example, "Intraday Dashboard Copy") and is visible only to the user who created it until it's shared with other users or the organization. To edit the duplicate, use the three-dot menu again and select Edit to open the dashboard editor in a new tab.
Intraday Dashboard Master
Users with intraday polling have access to the Intraday Dashboard, which features reports with their organization's most updated sales information. Read more about the Intraday Dashboard.
Labor Dashboard Master

PMIX Dashboard Master

Sales Dashboard Master

Menu Engineering Dashboard Master
The Menu Item Engineering Dashboard tool provides a comprehensive analysis of menu item performance. This pre-built dashboard allows users to evaluate menu profitability and operational efficiency. Users can run "what-if" scenarios to explore potential changes and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize menu design and overall profitability.

Key Info Comparative Dashboard
The Key Info Comparative Dashboard shows and compares daily sales summary data across locations. This dashboard has several pages of view that compares Date of Business data to date from the Prior Year, Prior Week, Operational Week to Date, Operational Period to Date, and Operational Year to Date.
