The Labor Matrix page displays all single location labor matrixes and group labor matrixes. Learn more about the R365 labor matrix.
Single location labor matrixes define labor thresholds that support labor forecasting for a single location.
Group labor matrixes define labor thresholds that support labor forecasting for all assigned locations.
New Labor Matrix Experience

From this page, users can:
Open labor matrix records for single locations to:
View labor matrix settings for the associated location
Update future versions:
Change effective date of the version
Change the labor type of location jobs
Open group labor matrixes for multiple locations to:
View labor matrix settings for the group of locations
Update future versions:
Change effective date of the version
Change the labor type of location jobs
Security
Users must have the following permission to access the Labor Matrix page:
Sales & Cash → Forecasts → Labor Matrix Setup → View/Edit (Single Location Setup)
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
Navigation
Navigation Menu
Select Admin from the left navigation rail.
Expand the Workforce category.
Select Labor Matrix.

Search
Navigate to pages with the R365 global search bar:
Enter all or part of the page name in the R365 global search bar.
Select the page from the results list.
Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.

Labor Matrix Page Buttons and Fields
Locations Tab

Button/Field | Description | |

1 | Table Controls | Search - Filters the table for the entered text in the following columns:
Filter - Opens the Filter menu, where filters based on column values can be applied. When filters are applied, the number of conditions is displayed next to the button.
Columns - Opens the Columns menu, where table columns can be hidden, shown, and rearranged. The number of hidden columns is displayed next to the button.
Menu - Contains the following additional table actions:
