Undeposited Funds Report

Navigation

  1. In the Reports section of the left navigation pane, select My Reports.
    The My Reports screen appears.

  2. At the top of the My Reports screen, select Banking.
    The screen generates a list of reports in alphabetical order.

  3. Locate the Undeposited Funds report.

  4. Select Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report.


Report Parameters

Field

Description

Filter By

A list of all filter categories. Filter categories will vary based by report.

Filter

A list of filter options, determined by the 'Filter By' category selected (#1).

Filter By Bank Account

Bank account(s) for which to run the report.

Options in the menu are filtered by selections in the Filter By and Filter parameters.

Start

First date for which to pull data for the report. The 'Start' and 'End' parameters create the date range for which data is generated. The report then displays data for all dates within the date range, including the start and end dates.

End

Last date for which to pull data for the report. The 'Start' and 'End' parameters create the date range for which data is generated. The report then displays data for all dates within the date range, including the start and end dates.

Show Unapproved

If set to Yes, unapproved transactions are included in the report.

If set to No, only approved transactions are included in the report.

Show Undeposited Funds

If set to All, the report shows both deposited and undeposited transactions.

If set to Undeposited Only, the report shows only transactions that have not been deposited.

If set to Deposited Only, the report shows only transactions that have been deposited.

Show Excluded Deposits

If set to Yes, the report shows excluded deposits.

If set to No, the report does not show excluded deposits.

If set to Only Show Excluded, the report only shows excluded deposits.

As Of

Date that appears at the top of the report. This date is intended to show when the report was generated.

Sort By

Sorts transactions either by date or location.

View options

This section provides options to select, save, edit, or delete a report view.

Run

Generates the report. Click the down arrow to the right of the Run button to export, email, or print the report.


Report Columns

Column

Description

Transaction Date

Date of the transaction.

Deposit Date

Date when the funds were deposited. This field is blank for deposits that were not deposited before or on the As Of date set in the report parameters. If a date is available, the date appears as a hyperlink that can be used to access the Bank Deposit record.

Transaction

Designation used to identify the transaction.

Amount

Amount of the transaction.

Bank Account

Bank account associated with the transaction. The associated bank account is configured on the Bank Deposit record. This field is blank for deposits that were not deposited before or on the As Of date set in the report parameters.

Location Name

Name of the location associated with the transaction.

Payment Method

If available, this column displays the method of payment.

Excluded

A Yes in this column indicates that the transaction has been deposited or marked as excluded.

Comments

This column displays any comments associated with the transaction on the Bank Deposit record, if available.
