The Payroll Calendar defines pay periods, submission dates, and pay dates used in Workforce Payroll. It controls when payroll is submitted and when employees are paid.
Edit the Payroll Calendar to adjust future pay dates or submission timelines. Past pay periods, pay frequency, and completed dates are locked after saving to protect payroll accuracy.
Make changes from the Payroll Calendar page. Updates apply only to future payroll records and take effect after the calendar is published.
