Mobile Notifications

Notifications alert users of information that may need their attention. Users can be notified via the Notification window on the web, and via the R365 mobile app, email, and/or text message on their devices.

The R365 app notification screen displays all of a user’s read and unread notifications. Tapping on a notification opens the associated app screen directly to review the information and/or take action.

Users can adjust notification-specific delivery preferences directly in the notification settings screen in the app, or in the Notification Center via web browser. 


Navigation

  1. Select Dashboard from the bottom tab bar.

  2. Tap the Notification bell icon.

The Notification bell icon displays the number of unread notifications in a red circle.

Close

Closes the notifications screen.

Menu

Opens the notifications menu, which contains the following options:

  • Mark all as read - sets all notifications to “read” status.

  • Notification settings - opens the Notification settings screen.

Notification detail

Displays the notification information. Tap the detail to mark it as read and open the associated app screen directly to review information and/or take action.

Mark as read

Swipe left on a notification detail to reveal the option to mark an individual notification as read.
