Disconnect a SSO Integration

Single Sign-On integrations can be disconnected from the Single Sign-On page or the SSO Connection screen. When an SSO integration is disconnected, the SSO sign-in option is removed from the R365 login screen.

Removing an SSO provider connection discards the current configuration. Configured fields are not retained after the connection is removed.


Security

The following permission is required to disconnect an SSO connection:

  • Administration → Single Sign-On (SSO) → Delete Single Sign-On

These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.


Disconnect an SSO Connection

To disconnect an SSO connection, follow these steps:

1) Navigate to the Single Sign-On page.

  1. Click Admin in the left navigation rail.

  2. Expand the Users & Security category.

  3. Click Single Sign-On (SSO).

2) Click the Menu button for the desired SSO provider.

3) Select Remove connection.

4) In the confirmation dialog, click Remove connection to delete the current configuration and disconnect the integration. This action cannot be undone.
