When Direct Deposit is selected, employees can add up to three bank accounts and specify distribution types. Accounts can be edited at any time. Funds are distributed according to the selected account settings.
Security
Only users with the following permission can view account numbers:
Labor → Employees → Payroll→ View Account Number
Labor → Employees → Payroll→ Pay Preference → View Pay Preference
Labor → Employees → Payroll→ Pay Preference → Edit Pay Preference
The account number is not displayed when viewing an existing direct deposit account, and must be re-entered when updating any account information.
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
Adding a Direct Deposit Account
Employees can edit their payment method anytime by clicking the ‘Edit Payment Method’ hyperlink on the My Pay home screen.
Follow these steps add a direct deposit account:

1) Navigate to the My Pay home page and select ‘Edit Payment Method.’
2) Select the Edit Pencil.
3) Select +Add Account in Bank Information.
The first account added is always the 'Primary' account. This account will always be configured to deposit 100% of remaining funds, and cannot be deleted.
4) Enter bank information and select, Save.
Distribution fields appear when adding or updating additional direct deposit accounts.
Editing a Direct Deposit Account
Follow these steps edit a Direct Deposit Account:

1) Navigate to the My Pay home page and select ‘Edit Payment Method.’
2) Select the Edit Pencil.
3) Select the Edit Pencil next to the direct deposit account to make changes.
4) Make edits to the bank information and select, Save.
