This article is part of the R365 Red App My Pay Employee Self Service portal and covers the desktop version of My Pay. 

The Workforce Employee Self Service Portal allows Employees to view their My Pay information via a desktop browser. This includes their contact and personal information, Earnings, Holiday Time Off, and important Payroll Documents. 

Through this portal, Employees can also edit their Payment Method or their Taxes and Withholdings information.


Employee Service Home Page

 From the Home page screen, Users can view their personal employee information as well as access their payment methods, tax forms, and the earnings page. To read a detailed overview of the Employee Self Service Home page, click here.


Earnings

The Earnings screen lists all the User's earnings by date. To read more about the earnings page, click here


Time Off


The Time Off page shows any paid Holidays for the year. When available, upcoming Paid Time Off Holidays are listed with the Holiday name, Date, and Hours paid. This can be accessed by selecting 'Holidays' from under 'Time Off' in the left navigation menu.


Documents

The Documents screen allows Users to view, edit, and sign important documents. To read a detailed overview of the Employee Self Service Documents screen, click here

At any time, Employees can click ' Home' in the left navigation to return to the Employee Self Service homepage.


Manager Access to the Self-Service Portal

For users who have access to the self-service portal and Smart Ops or Workforce, the self-service portal can be accessed from the user profile menu.
