Report R365 Messages

Inappropriate messages can be reported directly from the R365 App to scheduling managers.

It is important to try to report messages when they occur, as the system will include the most recent messages shared between the two users when a report is made. However, if a complaint still needs to be made after the fact, report the message then speak with a manager about the specifics of the complaint.


Report a Message

Follow these steps to report a message:

1) Navigate to the message thread that needs to be reported.

  1. Select Communication from the bottom tab bar.

  2. Select the Messages tab.

  3. Tap to open the desired message thread.

2) Tap the Report icon at the top of the message thread.

3 ) Tap Report on the confirmation message to send the report.

Report a Message from the Member Info Screen

Alternatively, messages can be reported from the ‘Member info’ screen by tapping the recipient’s name at the top of the thread and then tapping ‘Report.’


After a Message is Reported

Managers can review reported messages from the R365 Messaging Audit Center.

After reporting a message, no additional tasks or follow-ups will be made through the R365 App. Employees should discuss any outstanding grievances with a manager.
