The Marketplace contains catalogues of pre-built training courses and checklists that can be imported for use in R365 Training. The Marketplace is found in the Admin section of R365 Training and is only accessible by admin users.
Courses are imported from the Marketplace to training assets. When courses are imported, they are automatically published and can then be added to learning tracks. Only courses in learning tracks can be assigned to employees.
Checklists are imported from the Marketplace to checklists. Checklist are imported as drafts. To activate an imported checklist, review and publish the checklist. Once published, the checklist is active for all locations.

The ‘New’ screen lists all recently added Marketplace content. The ‘Recently Updated’ screen lists all Marketplace content that has been updated. Both pages have the same page layout.
