    Log In to Restaurant365 via Web Browser

    To log in to the desktop version of R365, follow these steps:

    1) Open the web browser.

    R365 works best in Google Chrome.

    2) Enter your organization’s Restaurant365 URL.

    System URLs look like the following: https://your_instance_name.restaurant365.com  

    To get the correct system URL, ask a team member or a direct manager.

    This will navigate users to their instance login page. The domain name will be shown above the login fields.

    3) Enter the correct username and password associated with the account.

    Usernames are given to employees by a manager or the individual that created the employee’s user record. Usernames are often an email address.

    Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

    4) Click Login.

    5) The R365 home page will load, and the user is now logged in.

    Log Out of R365 Web

    To log out of R365, first click the user name in the top right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, click Log out. This will return the user to the login screen.
