The Jobs page lists all job records. Click the row for a listed job to open it’s job record.
From this page users can:

Bulk assign GL accounts to jobs
Open the Job Settings page

Select Workforce from the left navigation rail.
Under Employees, select Jobs.
Search
Navigate to pages with the R365 global search bar:
Enter all or part of the page name in the R365 global search bar.
Select the page from the results list.
Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.

Jobs Page Columns

Job title | The name of the job in R365. | No |
WC Code | Displays each job's assigned workers' compensation code. Only available when workers' compensation codes are assigned at the job title level. Like other columns, it can be filtered, grouped, and sorted. | No |
Job Code | A code identifier for this job. If the POS does not populate this field, it can be manually updated to support payroll exports that require a unique job code. | No |
Parent Job | The parent job this job is assigned to. Parent jobs group location-level jobs across multiple locations for labor matrix configuration and labor forecasting. Learn more about parent jobs. In Beta This feature is in beta for select customers. Contact your CSM for more information. | No |

Description | Free-text description of the job. | No |
Job Type | Optional text field for further classifying and filtering the job | No |
Pay Rate | The default pay rate for this job, used for scheduling labor. Individual pay rates for specific employees can override this default value. | No |
GL account | The GL account that debits labor accruals for this job's labor punches. | No |
POS ID | The ID of the job according to the POS. | No |
Modified By | User who last modified the job. | No |
Modified On | Date job was last modified. | No |
Created By | User who created the job. R365 is listed for jobs created through POS or labor integrations. | No |
