The Locations tab of the Integrations Dashboard lists every location with an active integration and its current sync status. The tab also holds the Sync buttons for re-syncing POS data. Selecting a location opens Integration Details, which shows the location, the health of its integration, and its manual sync history.

Missing or Disabled Sync Buttons
Not every location can use the Sync button. The button appears only for locations that import POS data through R365's updated import process. A location that is not on the newer process has no Sync button, because the Dashboard cannot start a new import for it.
R365 is working to move all customers to the newer import process. Until a location moves, contact R365 Support to re-sync its data. Include the location and the business dates to re-sync.
A Sync button that appears but is disabled (greyed out) has a different cause. Hover over the button to read the tooltip. See Re-sync POS Data from the Dashboard.
