The Integrations Dashboard monitors POS integrations across all locations. It shows whether the scheduled POS import ran for each location, where an import failed, and the likely cause of each failure.
The Dashboard has three tabs. Health Overview summarizes sync health, Locations lists every location with an active integration, and Runs & Jobs lists every import run. From the Dashboard, users with the right permission can re-sync POS data for a date range and troubleshoot a failed POS import.

How POS Imports Appear on the Dashboard
The Dashboard reports on POS imports that R365 already runs. Each location imports POS data once a day after the POS close of day. Each import covers one business date. The Dashboard calls each import a run.
A run has a trigger. A Scheduled run is the nightly import. A Manual run is a re-sync that a user started from the Dashboard.
A run moves through five stages: Processing, Extracted, Batch requested, Transforming, and Transformed. When a run fails, the Dashboard shows the stage where the failure happened. An import that fails and retries shows each try as a separate attempt on the same run.

Feature Pages, Screens, and Records
Dashboard Page
The Dashboard page is the single page that holds the three tabs. A banner at the top of the page appears when the latest import failed for one or more locations in the last 7 days.
On the Dashboard page, users can:
Review the number of locations that need attention.
Select View runs on the banner to open the failed runs. See Troubleshoot a Failed POS Import with the Dashboard.
Switch between the Health Overview, Locations, and Runs & Jobs tabs. The selected tab stays in the page address, so a link to the page opens the same tab.

Dashboard Page Header

Button/Field | Description | |
|---|---|---|
1 | Needs attention banner | A warning that reads "N location(s) need attention" with the text "The latest import failed in the last X day(s)." Appears when the latest import failed for at least one location. The banner always covers the last 7 days and does not follow the Period filter. It does not count cancelled imports. |
2 | View runs | Opens the Runs & Jobs tab filtered to failed runs in the banner window. Replaces any filters already set on the Runs & Jobs tab. |
3 | Tabs | Navigate between Health Overview, Locations, and Runs & Jobs tabs. The selected tab stays in the page address. |
Health Overview Tab
The Health Overview tab summarizes POS import health across the locations the user can access. It contains four summary cards and five charts and lists.
On the Health Overview tab, users can:
Change the period and grouping for the trend charts. See Integrations Dashboard: Health Overview Tab.
Review the locations with the most failed runs and the locations that need attention.

Locations Tab
The Locations tab lists every location with an active integration. Each row shows the integration and a Sync button.
On the Locations tab, users can:
Search, filter, and choose the columns shown in the list.
Open Integration Details for a location. See Integrations Dashboard: Locations Tab and Integration Details.
Re-sync POS data for one or more locations. See Re-sync POS Data from the Dashboard.

Integration Details
Integration Details is a window that opens when a user selects a location row. It holds the location and integration details, the health of the integration over the last 7 days, and the history of manual syncs.
In Integration Details, users can:
Review the health of a location and its recent jobs.
Open the Daily Sales Summary that a manual sync created.
Start a re-sync for the location. See Re-sync POS Data from the Dashboard.

Runs & Jobs Tab
The Runs & Jobs tab lists every import run across the locations the user can access. Each row shows the business date, how the run started, how far it got, and the outcome.
On the Runs & Jobs tab, users can:
Search and filter runs, for example to show only failed runs.
Open a run to see its stages and attempts. See Integrations Dashboard: Runs & Jobs Tab and Run Details.
Copy the error code of a failed run to share with R365 Support.

FAQ
Why does the Integrations Dashboard not appear in the menu?
The menu item only appears for users with a User Role and at least one 3rd Party POS permission. Learn more about integrations permissions.
What makes the ‘needs attention’ banner appear?
The banner appears when the latest import failed for one or more locations in the last 7 days. A run shows as Failed if any part of it fails. Selecting View runs opens the failed runs. Learn how to troubleshoot a failed POS import with the dashboard.
Why is the Sync button disabled or missing for a location?
Disabled button: A user with only 3rd Party POS View Only sees the Sync buttons disabled. The button is also disabled when POS imports for the location are turned off or the POS import start time has not been reached that day. Learn more about re-syncing POS data from the Dashboard.
Missing Button: Not every location can use the Sync button. The button appears only for locations that import POS data through R365's updated import process. If a location has no Sync button, it is not on the newer process.
R365 is working to move all customers to the newer process. Until then, contact R365 Support to re-sync the location.
Learn more about the Integrations Dashboard: Locations Tab and Integration Details.
Why can a re-sync be refused?
A re-sync is refused if any business date in the range already has an Approved Daily Sales Summary, or if R365 cannot confirm the Daily Sales Summary status. A range also cannot cover more than 30 dates. See Re-sync POS Data from the Dashboard.
Can a re-sync be cancelled after it starts?
No. The Cancel button in the re-sync window works only before Trigger Sync is selected. After that, the job is queued and cannot be cancelled. See Re-sync POS Data from the Dashboard.
