Today's sync status

2

Status over time

A stacked bar chart of how many syncs reached each import stage on each day or week. ‘Group by’ sets the bar width. Includes a Zero-Activity series for business dates that imported with no sales. When no syncs ran in the period, the chart shows "No sync activity in this period." Follows the Period filter.

4

Needs attention

The locations whose latest sync failed, each with a Failed label. When no location qualifies, the list shows "Nothing needs attention." Shows the current state and does not follow the Period filter.

5

Sync duration by integration

A bar chart of the average sync duration, the median sync duration, and the average queue time for the five slowest POS vendors. Follows the Period filter.

Each card and chart that cannot load shows a "Failed to load" message with a Retry button. If the message continues after Retry, contact R365 Support.

When no active integrations exist for the locations the user can access, the tab shows "No active integrations to show for the locations you can access."
