The Integrations tab displays all locations where this employee record has been linked to a POS employee record.
On this tab, users can:
View locations linked to the employee record
Link locations to the employee record
View external integration IDs associated with the employee record
Remove locations and external integration ID from the employee record
Security
The following permission is associated with the Integrations tab:
Labor → Employees → Integrations → View Integrations
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
Navigation
Navigate to the desired employee’s employee record.
Select the Integrations tab.
Search for an employee record:
Navigate to employee records with the R365 global search bar:
Enter all or part of the employee’s name or email address in the global search bar.
Select the employee from the results list.
Integration IDs Section
Field | Description | |

1 | Location | Drop-down list of locations. |
2 | +Add | Click to add the selected location (#1) to the Integration ID list. |
3 | Search | Filters the list for integration IDs that contain the entered text in any column. |
4 | Smart Grid Controls | Filter - Click to filter the listed integrations. |
5 | Integration ID Details | Details for the POS integration associated with the employee, including the following information: |
6 | Trashcan Button | Removes the location from the Integration ID list. Any future or unpublished shifts that this employee has for this location will be unassigned. Any job tied to this location will be deleted. |
