Delete Bank Activity

Bank Activity transactions can be deleted from the Bank Activity page. Deleting bank activity transactions removed them from the bank activity page permanently. Delete transactions that are duplicates or that should not have been brought into bank activity.

This action cannot be undone.


Security

Users must have the following permission to delete bank activity:

  • Banking  â†’ Bank Activity â†’ Process Bank Activity

These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.


Delete Bank Activity

Follow these steps to delete bank activity:

1) Navigate to the Bank Activity page.

A) Open the Accounting application.
B) Expand the Banking category.
C) Select Bank Activity.

The unmatched view is displayed by default.

2) Select the desired bank account.

3) Select one or more transactions to delete.

4) Click the down arrow next to manage, then select delete.

Deleted bank activity transactions are completely removed from the bank activity page.

This action cannot be undone.
