Waste Log Form

The Waste Log Form allows Users to download a Waste Log for their restaurant Location. This form is beneficial in keeping track of waste that can then be imported by a Manager later on.

Navigation

To navigate to the Waste Log Form, click 'My Reports' under 'Reports' in the left pane and then select 'Purch. & Inv.' in the top header of the reporting window. Once opened, a listing of reports will be shown. 

Find 'Waste Log Form' and select 'PDF' to download the form.

Report Parameters

This report does not have any available parameters because it is already set in the system to download in the desired format. Therefore, a User can either click the 'PDF' button next to the report name or click 'Customize' and then 'Download' in the next window to create an exported file.

Report Details

1. Item - The name of the item

2. U of M - The Unit of Measure associated with the item

3. Qty - The amount of the item that was wasted

4. Comment - Any comments that detail how / why the item was discarded
