The Prep History tab displays a record of all instances when the prep item was prepared. Use this tab to review past prep activity and confirm production trends.
The list can be filtered by time frame and location to view when and where the item was prepped within a specific period.
Security
Users must have the following permission(s) to view prep item history:
Food → Advanced Prep → Prep Items
Edit Prep Items
Create Prep Items
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
View Prep Item History
To view the prep item history of an item, navigate to the Prep page, then follow these steps:
Click steps to expand for additional information and images.
1) From the prep items list, locate and open the correct prep item.
To do this, click the hyperlinked prep item name.
2) Click the Prep History tab.
3) Select Location and Time Frame parameters for the history to view.
By default, this shows the prep item’s last 3 days of history at all locations.
4) Review the prep history.
