Location

Location associated with tip distributions and tip automation rules

Only employees who have worked hours at this Location will be included in tip distributions

Settings Button

Click to open the Tip Automation Rules sidesheet

Last POS Import Timestamp

Date and time of the last DSS import from the POS for the displayed location.

Next POS Import Estimate

Estimated date and time the DSS will be imported from the POS for the displayed location. Estimate is generated based on the average import times over the last seven days.

Collected Tips Week Selector

Week that collected tips are displayed for:

• Previous - Click the left chevron icon   to display the previous week

• Week - Click the week title  to open the calendar picker, then select the desired week

• Next - Click the right chevron icon  to display the next week

Collected Tips Totals

Totals of collected tips, as reported in the POS for the displayed date. Includes totals for:

• Cash - Tips paid in cash and declared

• Card - Tips paid with a credit or debit card

Average Tip Percentage Week Selector

Week that average tip percentages are displayed for: 

• Previous - Click the left chevron icon   to display the previous week

• Week - Click the week title  to open the calendar picker, then select the desired week

• Next - Click the right chevron icon  to display the next week

Average Tip Percentage Totals

Totals for the average of employee tip percentages of net sales for the displayed date. Includes totals for:

• Cash - Percentage of net sales for tips paid in cash and declared

• Card - Percentage of net sales for tips paid with a credit or debit card

Pending Tab

Displays all unapproved tip distributions that have been calculated.

Approved Tab

Displays all approved tip distributions.

Test Tab

Displays all test distributions.

This tab is only displayed when test distributions are present.

Only users with the Generate Test Distributions permission will be able to access the Test tab.

Search

Search the Date, Tip Automation Rule, and Frequency columns for the entered text.

Filter

Filters the list of tip distributions by frequency.

Deleted Distributions Button

Opens the Deleted Distributions list.

This button is only displayed on the Pending tab.

Tip Distribution

Tip distribution for a specific date range and tip automation rule. Click to open the Tip Distributions Details page.

Export Button

Click to download the associated Tip Distribution Export.

An error iconis displayed if the calculated distribution is empty.

Trashcan Button (delete)

Deletes the associated distribution.

Deleted distributions can be restored from the Deleted Distributions list (#6)

This button is not displayed for approved distributions.

View Button

Click to view, approve, or unapprove the Tip Distribution Details

Column Title

Date

Date range for the tip distribution.

Tip Automation Rule

Tip automation rule used to calculate the tip distribution.

Last Calculated

Date and time that the tip distribution was calculated.

Frequency

Calculation frequency for the associated tip automation rule; daily or weekly.

X Button (close)

Closes the Deleted Distributions list.

Deleted Distributions

Details for the deleted distributions:

• Tip automation rule for the distribution

• Date of the distribution

• Timestamp for when the distribution was deleted

• User who deleted the distribution

Restore Button

Restores the deleted distribution.

Distributions cannot be restored if the associated tip automation rule has been deleted.

Load More

Loads additional deleted distributions.
