Sales Tickets Page

The Sales Tickets page list all restaurant sales tickets that flow into R365. Sales tickets are listed with all their details. Double-clicking an entry will open the Sales Ticket where it can be reviewed or printed. Learn more about printing a sales ticket.


Security

The following permission is required to access Sales Tickets:

  • Sales & Cash → Sales Tickets → View Sales Tickets


Navigation

Navigation Steps

  1. Open the Sales & Forecasting application.

  2. Click Sales Tickets.

Search

Navigate to pages with the R365 global search bar:

  1. Enter all or part of the page name in the R365 global search bar.

  2. Select the page from the results list.

Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.



Sales Tickets Page

The Sales Tickets page holds the table that lists all Sales Tickets for all locations that the user has access to. Double-click a sales ticket to open the sales ticket record.

Table Columns

Column

Description

Location

Location associated with the sales ticket or where the sales ticket was created.

Receipt Number

The identifying number assigned to the sales ticket.

Date

Date that the sales ticket was logged in R365.

Business Date

Date of business on the sale ticket.

Order Hour

Hour of the day that the ticket was logged.

Day of the Week

Day of the week that the sales ticket was logged.

Server

Employee name who logged the ticket.

Service Type

Type of service that the ticket was associated with.

Net Sales

Net sales.

Sales Amount

Sales amount of the ticket.

Tax Amount

Amount of taxes on the sales ticket.

Tip Amount

Tip amount left on the sales ticket.

Total Amount

Total amount of the ticket including the sales, tax, and tip.

Total Payment

Total amount of the tab paid.

Comment

Any comments added to the sales ticket. This may have the tab name or ticket number.

Created By / On

Individual that created the sales ticket and when it was created.

Modified By / On

Individual that last edited the sales ticket and when it was last edited.

Sales ticket record information is read-only.

Print

Prints the sales ticket. Learn more about printing a sales ticket.

General

Lists all the general information of the sales ticket, including the following:

Location

Location associated with the sales ticket or where the sales ticket was created.

Receipt Number

The identifying number assigned to the sales ticket.

Date

Date that the sales ticket was logged in R365.

Time

Date and time that the sales ticket was logged.

Order Hour

Hour of the day that the ticket was logged.

Server

Employee name who logged the ticket.

Service Type

Type of service that the ticket was associated with.

Day of the Week

Day of the week that the sales ticket was logged.

Day Part

Day part that the sales ticket occurred in.

Day Part Number

Sequence value assigned to the day part. It shows the order of service periods in a day.

Net Sales

Net sales.

Sales Amount

Sales amount of the ticket.

Tax Amount

Amount of taxes on the sales ticket.

Tip Amount

Tip amount left on the sales ticket.

Total Amount

Total amount of the ticket including the sales, tax, and tip.

Total Payment

Total amount of the tab paid.

Void

Whether the ticket was void or not.

Comment

Any comments added to the sales ticket. This may have the tab name or ticket number.

Number of Guests

Number of guests on the ticket.

Pickup Time

Order pick up time.

Sales Details

This tab lists all the details of the sale, including the menu items on the ticket.  It also shows the following information:

  • Menu Item Category

  • Entree Multiplier

  • Quantity

  • Amount

Payment Details

List the payment details of the sale including the payment type and the following information:

  • Payment Type

  • Payment Amount

  • Daily Sales Summary Name

  • Date

  • Is Exception

  • Location
