Refreshing Jobs 2024 Update

As we are one of Indeed's Gold ATS partners, R365 Hire is dedicated to ensuring that jobs posted through our system meet the standards and policies set by our partner job boards. This commitment helps optimize applicant results and avoid penalties or visibility issues due to posting behavior.

Refreshing or reposting jobs frequently to attract more applicants may seem like a good idea, but it can lead to negative experiences for job seekers and hurt recruitment results. Indeed prioritizes the job seeker experience and will take swift action against violations of their policies.

To adapt to our job board partners' evolving expectations and policies without impacting your recruiting goals and results, updates are planned for the Refresh Jobs feature in Hire. Starting in July 2024, how jobs are refreshed and how frequently jobs can be refreshed will be updated.
