Payment Runs can be managed using the R365 Mobile App. Users can view, modify, and approve Payment Runs to generate payments. To access this feature, Payment Run Approvals must be enabled.

Security
Users with at least ONE of the following Permissions will be able to view the AP Approvals screen:
Accounts Payable → AP Invoices → Approve AP Invoices
General Ledger → Journal Entries → Approve AP Journal Entries
Accounts Payable → AP Payment Runs → Approve AP Payment Runs
Food → AP Invoices → Approve AP Invoices
Only users with the 'Approve AP Payment Runs' permission can Approve Payment Runs.
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.

Payment Runs Screen

1 | Back button | Returns to the previous screen. |
2 | Quick Filters | Filters the Payment Runs screen to show only the selected runs and deselects the filter when tapped again. Filter options include:

3 | Unapproved tab | Displays all unapproved payment runs. |
4 | Approved tab | Displays all approved payment runs. |
5 | Search | Filters payment runs based on the entered characters. |
6 | Filter Menu | Opens the filter menu to sort payment runs by location, date range, or bank account. |
7 | Payment Run | Displays the payment run name or identification, account, date, amount, location, and type. Tap to open the Payment run details screen. When Workflows is enabled, the user's profile icon will appear next to the transactions assigned to the user.

Approving Payment Runs
Tap an individual payment run to open the Payment run details. Users can choose to remove invoices before tapping 'Save' or 'Approve.'

6 | Add note | Opens the ‘Note’ field on the Basic info tab to add a note to the payment run. |
7 | Vendor toggle | Excludes all invoices from the vendor when toggled off. |
8 | Vendor | Tap to open the vendor Invoice list to review and select invoices to include in the payment run. |
9 | Payment run total | Displays the number of invoices selected and payment total. |
10 | Save | Commits changes made to the payment run. |
11 | Approve | Approves the payment run. |
Invoice List
Tap a vendor from the payment run details screen to open the Invoices screen. The list of Invoices can be modified before approving a payment run.

6 | Vendor total | Total amount of the selected invoices out of the payment run total. |
7 | Done | Tap to finish modifications and return to the payment run details screen. |
