R365 Mobile uses a consistent header and a persistent bottom tab bar to move between features. All users have access to global navigation elements, including Dashboard, Communication, the Create menu, a Pinned tool, and the More menu in the footer, as well as Notifications in the header.
Create and More Menus
The Create menu contains actions such as creating log entries, submitting requests, or uploading files.
The More menu contains all features a user has access to that are not pinned in the tab bar.
Pinned Tool
The pinned tool is the customizable slot in the tab bar that provides quick access to a user’s most important feature. When the app is opened for the first time, users are prompted to select a pinned tool. This choice can be changed or reset at any time from the Pinned Tool option in the user profile. If the user does not select a pinned tool, the first tool in the options list is set by default.

Changing Locations
For users with access to multiple locations, a location switcher appears at the top of the screen. The switcher is present in features such as Task Manager and Schedule whenever location-specific data is shown.
Security
User permissions will determine which applications, pages, and actions an individual has access to.
Access to manager and back-office tools (such as AP Approvals, Inventory, Daily Sales Summary, Restaurant schedule, and Logbook) are granted through the standard user permissions managed on user records. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
Self-service tools for employees (such as My schedule, My requests, My time off, and My pay) are only accessible by users with the Employee App Access permission, which is managed on employee records. Learn more about managing Employee App Access.
