R365 Hire (powered by CareerPlug) is available in three tiers — R365 Hire, Hire Essentials, and Hire Pro — each offering a different level of applicant tracking and onboarding functionality.

R365 Hire Tiers
R365 Hire (powered by CareerPlug) offers three tiers. Only one tier can be active at a time.

Hire to R365 Employee Data Integration
When an applicant is hired in R365 Hire, applicant data is transferred to Restaurant365 and creates an employee record.
The following information syncs from Hire to R365 during record creation:

An email address is required to create an employee record in R365.

Are my R365 Hire and R365 login credentials the same?
It depends on the tier enabled:
For Hire Essentials or Hire Pro, R365 Hire (powered by CareerPlug) uses single sign-on (SSO), so there is no separate login.
For the R365 Hire (legacy) tier, R365 Hire and R365 each retain different login credentials, and users need separate credentials for each.
