The QuickBooks Connection window contains the settings for the QuickBooks Online integration.
From this page, users can:
Open the QuickBooks Mapping screen
Begin a Vendor Import from QuickBooks
Navigation
Navigation Steps
Open the Admin application.
Expand the Integrations category.
Select Integrations.
Click Connect or Edit in the QuickBooks box.

QuickBooks Connection Window Buttons and Fields

Button/Field | Description | |

1 | Connection Admin | R365 User who manages the QuickBooks online integration and will receive alerts related to the integration. |
2 | Connected Companies | Lists the QuickBooks companies that are currently connected to R365. |
3 | Disconnect | Disconnects the company from the integration. |
4 | Add Company | Opens a QuickBooks login window where credentials are entered. |
5 | Import Vendors | Opens the QuickBooks Vendor Import screen where QuickBooks vendors reviewed and selected for import. Vendors from all connected companies are pulled for review. |
6 | Edit Mapping | Opens the QuickBooks Mapping screen where mapping is managed. |
