Each offer request will have a preview of the request details, including the shift details, employees requesting to claim the shift, and date of the request. Here, users can approve a single employee claim or deny all employee claims.
Navigation
Offer requests are opened from the Offer tab on the Schedule requests page.
Navigate to the Schedule requests page.
Select the Offer tab at the top of the page.
Select the desired offer request. The ‘Offer request details’ screen will open.
Offer Request Details Buttons and Fields

1 | Back button | Return to the previous screen. |
2 | Employee picture | Displays initials if no image is uploaded. Tap to open the Employee details page with direct contact options. |
3 | Shift owner | The employee assigned to the offered shift. |
4 | Submit date | The date that the claim was submitted by the employee. |
5 | Offering employee hours | The scheduled hours change for the employee who has offered the shift if a claim is approved. Next to this amount, an additional number will appear to show the amount of hours that their total hours will be changed by, as well as an arrow to indicate the direction of change. This amount will be colored based on the amount of total hours that they already have scheduled:

6 | Shift details | The details of the shift being claimed, including:

7 | Claiming employee & hours | The employee that has submitted a claim for the shift and what their scheduled hours will be if the claim is approved. Tap the employee picture to open the Employee details page with direct contact options.

8 | Approve | Tap the Approve button next to an employee to approve the claim for that employee and assign the shift to them. |
9 | Deny | Denies all employee claims to this shift. All employees that have submitted a claim, as well as the offering employee, will be notified of the denial. |
