The Locations page displays a list of all Locations in the R365 instance.

Users can customize their view by changing the column order and showing or hiding certain columns. To find specific locations, users can filter for specific information. Once a view is customized, users can save the view. This allows users to quickly view the information that they deem to be most valuable for their organization. Users can edit and save views. Navigation

Navigation Menu

  1. Click the Admin application.

  2. Click Locations & Legal Entities.

  3. Click Locations.  

Search

Navigate to pages with the R365 global search bar:

  1. Enter all or part of the page name in the R365 global search bar.

  2. Select the page from the results list.

Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.



Columns

Below is a list of all columns available to add to the grid view:

Column

Description

Location Name

Unique name for the location.

Profile

The location profile includes additional details about the restaurant, which can be used to compare a restaurant's performance to other restaurants with the same attributes.

This link only appears if the Location Type is set to Restaurant.

Location Number

Unique identification number for the location.

Verified Shipping Address

Shipping address of the location.

Address

The billing address for the location.

This can be toggled off to use the shipping address as the billing address, or toggled on to list a separate billing address.

Apt, Ste, etc.

Optional field for address details such as:

  • Apartment

  • Suite

  • Etc.

City

The city listed in the address of the location.

State

The state listed in the address of the location.

Postal Code

The postal/zip code listed in the address of the location.

Country

The country listed in the address of the location.

Time Zone

Time zone for the location.

Phone 1

Phone number 1 for the location.

Date Established

Date when the location was first established or opened for business.

Legal Entity

Legal entity associated with the location.

Location Type

The type of location for the restaurant. Options include:

  • Accounting Entity

  • Commissary

  • Restaurant

Restaurant Type

The type of restaurant selected in the location profile. Options include:

  • Quick Service

  • Fast Casual

  • Full Service

  • Fine Dining

  • Food Truck

  • Bar

  • Entertainment Venue

  • Ghost Kitchen

  • Other

Delivery Services

The number of delivery services selected on the location profile.

Sales Tax Rate

The sales tax rate or percent for the location.

Deposit Account

The default deposit account for the location.

Checking Account

The default checking account for the location.

Over Short Account

The default over/short account for the location.

Tips Payable Account

Account in which the Tips Payable is recorded on the DSS Journal Entry and Payroll Journal Entries.

Daily Manager Salary

The static amount to be accrued for the daily manager expense.

Daily Target Avg Check

The goal amount for the daily average check for the location.

Status Based on

A deactivated selector used on legacy operations reports.

To be removed or repurposed in the future.

Labor Goal

Labor percent goal for the location.

Day Part 1 Name

The user-created name given to Day Part 1.

Day Part 2 Name

The user-created name given to Day Part 2.

Day Part 3 Name

The user assigned name given to Day Part 3.

Day Part Start Time 1

Time when day part 1 begins. The end time is determined by the next Day Part Start Time.

Day Part Start Time 2

Time when day part 2 begins. The end time is determined by the next Day Part Start Time.

Day Part Start Time 3

Time when day part 3 begins. The end time is determined by the next Day Part Start Time.

Payroll Benefit Estimate

The payroll benefit percent estimate for the location.

Accrued Payroll Account

The account used to track and post daily labor cost when integrated with a POS that includes labor.

Payroll Other Estimate

The payroll other percent estimate for the location.

Commonly used for workers’ compensation.

Payroll Other Estimate Account

The account in which the payroll other percent estimate is recorded.

Payroll Tax Estimate

The payroll tax percent estimate for the location.

Payroll Tax Estimate Account

The account in which the payroll tax estimate is recorded.

Status

The location status: either active or partially active.

Created By

Name of the person who created the location in the system.

Created On

Date when the location was created.

Modified By

Name of the person who last updated the location.

Modified On

Date when the location was most recently updated.
