I-9 Audit Report

Prev Next

The I-9 Audit Log report lists I-9 form activity for a selected date range. It shows each action taken on an employee's I-9, including who created, signed, waived, or restarted a form and when. The report supports I-9 compliance monitoring and form history review across a workforce.

The report is available in the Payroll tab of My Reports.

The I-9 Audit Log report is available only when Work Eligibility is enabled and HCM Payroll is active. If either requirement is not met, the report does not appear in My Reports. A direct URL to the report returns a Forbidden error.

FAQ

Why doesn't the I-9 Audit Log report appear in My Reports?

The I-9 Audit Log report requires both Work Eligibility and HCM Payroll to be active on the account. If either is not enabled, the report does not appear in My Reports, and entering the report address directly in a browser returns an access-denied error. Contact your R365 administrator to confirm both features are enabled. Work Eligibility Overview

What do the event types mean?

Event types track specific actions taken on an employee's I-9 record. Created means an I-9 was started for the employee. Signed means the employer or employee signed the form. Waived means the I-9 was waived because the employee's form is on file outside R365. Deleted, Updated, and Closed reflect other changes to the record. Work Eligibility Page

What does a blank row in the report mean?

A blank row means no I-9 events match the selected filters. Try widening the date range or clearing the Employees and Event Types filters to check whether results exist for the period. My Reports
