The R365 contextual Help menu is located in the main system header.

The Help menu contains links to:

The Help menu is unique to each page, and the content in the Help menu is determined by the page that is currently open.

Ex: On the Inventory Counts page, users will see article links and videos related to inventory counts. On the Forms page, users will see content related to forms.

 


Open the Help Menu

To open the Help menu for a page or record, click the Question Mark button in the top right corner of the system header. A drop-down menu will appear with resources for the displayed page.


Knowledge Base Articles

Knowledge Base articles provide in-depth review of pages, records, and processes. The Help menu lists relevant articles related to the currently displayed page or record. The full catalogue of articles can be browsed in the R365 Knowledge Base.

R365 Academy Videos

R365 Academy videos review key processes associated with the page. Click the desired video to open it.

To view the video while working on the page, click the 'Mini-Player' button in the bottom right corner of the video player. The video player can then be moved around the screen.

 

To return the video back to its original size and location, click the 'Theater Mode' button located at the top of the video player.
