Article summary

The Submitted tab of Forms displays all forms with a status of ‘submitted’. Forms are listed in order of creation date with the most recent creation date on top. Users will see any forms they have submitted as well as forms created by other users based on the security access set on each form template.

Users can click into the submitted forms to view the submitted form. When the form’s security access allows, submitted forms can also be edited ro be resubmitted.

Form templates can be created in web by users with the required permissions. Learn more about creating form templates.

Description

Navigation Menu

Opens the mobile navigation menu.

Notifications

Opens the notification queue.

In Progress Tab

Opens the forms In Progress tab where users can see all forms that have been created but not completed.

Submitted Tab

Opens the Submitted tab where users can see all submitted forms.

Search

The search bar searches the list of forms for a specific form name.

Filter

Opens filter options where users can filter forms by any of the following:

  • Locations

  • Category

  • Form Date

  • Created By

  • Created On

  • Modified By

  • Modified On

Form row

Each entry represents an individual form that has been created. Click to open the associated form.

Forms are displayed in order by creation date with the most recent creation date on top.

If a form is set up for resubmission, when opened, the form will include the option to edit.

Fill Out Form button

Opens the fill out form screen where users can select a form template to fill out.
