Custom Fields can be managed and edited from the Custom Fields page.
Security
Users with the following permission can edit a custom field:
Administration → Custom Fields → Edit Custom Field
Edit a Custom Field
Follow these steps to edit a custom field:
Click steps to expand for additional information and images.
1) Navigate to the Custom Fields page.
2) Click in the desired Custom Field row to open the record.
3) Make desired changes in the custom field record.
All fields on the custom field record are editable except the field type.
If a record is removed from a custom field record, the field is deleted from all approved and unapproved records of that type. To maintain historical data, users should deactivate the record instead of deleting it.
